Ashwin Joshi, Founder and CEO of ATFA, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit committed to providing free financial education to teenagers worldwide, maintains an unwavering dedication to excellence, exemplified by his consistent 4.0 GPA. He is a project funding associate at A1 Hospitality, a top hotel developer in the U.S. West. Industry leaders like Mr. Haberling, CEO of HFG Trust, and Mr. Patel, CEO of A1 Hospitality Group, mentor him. Ashwin also trades in the stock market, managing a custodial account since 15. His family’s business interests span the U.S., Canada, and India since he was seven. These experiences and his financial education equipped him to lead ATFA in teaching global teenagers essential financial skills. He is one of Washington state’s 15 U.S. Senator Youth Scholarship finalists, advocating for better financial literacy with state officials. Despite being in high school, Ashwin leads ATFA with global aspirations for impactful change.
Hiba Alhaidari is the COO for ATFA, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization with the mission of providing free, world-class financial education for teenagers everywhere across the globe. She currently attends Southridge High School and loves meeting new people and learning new skills. As a freshman, she decided to play tennis, and it became one of the best decisions of her life. Making that decision has changed her mindset to always trying new things. Now, she also loves running long-distance and learning more about herself every day.
Sahir Tandon is the Chief Technology Officer of ATFA, a 501(c)(3) Washington-based nonprofit organization with the mission of providing free, world-class financial education for teenagers anywhere across the globe. For many years, he has remained enthralled with computer science and has taken many computer science courses. He has a propensity for learning and is very active in his community and school. He is an engaged leader in many school clubs, including being the coding captain for his Robotics Club, and is also the troop leader in Boy Scouts while being an Eagle Scout himself.
Omar Elsawi is the financial officer for ATFA, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization with the mission of providing free, world-class financial education for teenagers everywhere across the globe. He has achieved Microsoft Office Specialist certification in Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook. He proudly holds a 4.0 cumulative GPA in high school. All of this makes him more than capable of the role of financial officer. He believes the experience he gained from his internship at Pacific Northwest National Laboratory (PNNL) is key to helping young teens worldwide.
Parker Collette is the Executive Assistant of ATFA, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization with the mission of providing free, world-class financial education for teenagers anywhere across the globe. He proudly holds a 4.0 GPA. He also likes to be social and is a great person to be around. He is the first ever 8th grader to be on the ATFA team.
Jacob Fifield is the Marketing Director of ATFA, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization with the mission of providing free, world-class financial education for teenagers anywhere across the globe. He has thorough experience in Social Media Marketing, including SMM certification taken through a CBC Business class and top placement in Stukent’s Social Media Simulation. He has also generated hundreds of millions of Instagram impressions using viral meme-type content. Business minded and goal-oriented, Jacob started working with ATFA to further develop his marketing skills and to help spread financial education.
Navaj Nune is the Assistant Technology Officer of ATFA, a 501(c)(3) Washington-based nonprofit organization with the mission of providing free, world-class financial education for teenagers anywhere across the globe. He is an avid programmer and is fluent with coding in several different languages. He is very active in his community and at his school. He holds several leadership positions, such as AREA 6 President for DECA, President and Founder of HHS Chemistry Club, and Key Club Treasurer. He is also an avid Boy Scout and has earned his Eagle Scout rank. He is an excellent student, taking challenging classes and maintaining a 4.0 GPA. He also enjoys his internship at PNNL, where he gets the chance to pursue his love for science. These experiences, among others, have built Navaj into the motivated, passionate individual he is today. He is hoping to positively impact as many people as possible by improving their lives.
